Our activities are designed and created in a 100% personalized way according to the age of the children, the location, the theme of your wedding and the desired duration.

Some examples of activities we have set up during weddings: outdoor games (giant dobble, giant domino, mailman game...), tattoo bar, fishing with small gifts), drawing on pebbles, make your own photobooth, storytelling...).

Our activities are proposed for children aged 4 years and older. For the youngest, we advise you to use baby-sitters, who have the necessary qualifications for the supervision of this young public.

Ideally, you have a room adjacent to the reception hall. If this is not possible, we will evaluate with you the best way to create a space for the children. This is especially appreciated by the youngest children who will be able to rest.

The size of the area will vary depending on the number of children to be accommodated, the number of tents to be provided and the type of activities desired. We will be happy to discuss all of these details with you and provide you with a personalized quote.

For your information, you should plan for a space of approximately 90 cm wide and 220 cm long per tent.

By choosing our "Sit back & Relax" package, we take care of everything for you. The set-up time varies and depends on the number of guests and the ease of access to the party venue. On average, for a party with 6 tents, we will need about 2 to 2.5 hours.

If you choose to do the setup yourself, the time needed will also be impacted depending on whether you are alone or have help to set-up. On average, for a party with 6 tents, it takes about three hours.

You should allow for a minimum of 90cm wide by 180cm long per tent. To be able to set up the small table-trays in front of the mattresses, ideally you need 220 cm in length, per tent.

  • Up to 4 children or 2 adults: 130 cm long

Our Picnic Parties can be set up indoors or if you have a garden or patio, outdoors. We have outdoor mats for extra comfort. Additional fees may apply for outdoor parties.

For an "Enchanted Picnic Party" for 4, it takes about 1h30 to 2h00 to set up and decorate. For a large table for 12 people, it can take up to 3 hours or more.

For children, sleepovers always go by too fast and there is often no need to plan many activities for the evening. However, it can be useful to plan something for the next morning, until the parents arrive. Depending on your child's interests, here are some ideas:
- A craft that everyone can take home
- A treasure hunt
- A temporary tattoo bar
- Board games

If you are planning a longer party, then we will be happy to advise you and help you organize the right activities, such as a spa moment. We can also put you in touch with our partners or give you good recommendations.

For adults, it all depends on the occasion of the party and the theme. A Spa moment between girls to pamper a future mother or a future bride for example, a treasure hunt for adults, a creative workshop, etc... We will be happy to help you set up the activity or give you the right contacts.

We have a workshop in Etoy where we custom make many little treasures. Some examples: handmade invitations, personalized eye masks, personalized goodie bags, craft kits.

We also offer tableware and table decorations to match the theme of the party, and beautiful balloon garlands to put on the tents or to hang.

What happens if the material is damaged ?2022-08-07T15:12:47+02:00

Upon delivery or pick-up of the material, we ask for a deposit in cash, to guarantee the material (About 50% of the value of the package; minimum 100 CHF). After the party, we will check the material together and return the deposit directly to you upon return/collection of the material. In case of damage or loss, we will deduct the equivalent value of replacement from the deposit, according to the "inventory sheet" that will be given to you on the day of delivery/ pick-up.

How is the material washed?2022-08-07T15:13:41+02:00

The sheets and blankets are professionally washed in an ecological and high quality laundry facility in Etoy after each party. Mattresses and other textile decorative accessories are cleaned by hand after each use and rugs are professionally washed on a regular basis.

Tent structures, tents and other accessories are cleaned by hand if stained and then disinfected. For reasons of hygiene, guests bring their own pillows.

What is your cancellation policy?2022-08-07T15:14:23+02:00

You may cancel or reschedule the party (depending on availability) up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled date at no charge.

For any cancellation less than 2 weeks before the party, we will retain 50% of the package value and refund the remaining 50%.

For any cancellation 3 days or less before the scheduled date, no refund will be given.

For all orders of personalized items such as invitations, refunds will only be given if the order has not yet incurred any raw material costs and has not yet gone into production.

Where are the tents made?2022-08-07T15:16:18+02:00

The wooden tent structures are made of solid beech wood by theAtelier Protégé Centre Espoir in Geneva. This workshop promotes social integration and allows people with reduced autonomy to work and be valued.

We also collaborate with the Olbis Workshops, which have a mission of professional reinsertion of quality in the region.

As for the tent fabrics, they are all made in the workshop of The Enchanted Company in Etoy, with love and passion. We choose quality designer fabrics, most of them 100% cotton.

Yes, it is possible. We will gladly invite you to our workshop to select the fabric or we will send you pictures.
The lead times can be a bit long depending on the schedule of the wood workshops we work with.
