6 to 8 weeks prior the party:
- Pick the date of the party
- Choose a party theme with your child and establish the guest list
- Book your sleepover package
- Order invitations
- Optional: order any customizable extras for the party (T-shirts, decorations, etc….)
4 to 6 weeks prior the party:
- Distribute invitations
- Reconfirm number of guests
- Reconfirm guest's names if you ordered customized merchandise
- If you plan on ordering a cake, select supplier and place order
2 to 3 weeks prior the party:
- Come up with an activity plan for the party (even better, do it with your child)
- Discuss together the rules that you would like everyone to agree on so everything goes as smoothly as possible (especially for sleepover parties)
- If you plan on having goodie bags or activity kits for the guests, buy them now
- If you need additional material for games or activities, get it now to avoid last minute panic
2 days before:
- Go grocery shopping for the party / cake/ breakfast, etc..
- Review the party rules with your child
- Check that you have all guests’ parents’ details just in case
1 day before:
- Pick up the party material at The Enchanted Company workshop in Etoy or have it delivered to your home if you selected a delivery plan
THE Day!
- Bake the cake/ prepare the party food
- Plan around an hour and a half to two hours to set up the tents and style the party (if doing it yourself)
- Tata! You are ready! Welcome the guests with your child and make sure all parents are clear on pick up time
- Let the party begin!!!
